Regional Finalist

2021 Regional Collegiate Cyber Defense Competition

Yearly team-based cybersecurity competition. Served as a "floater" role, balancing hardening and monitoring Linux systems as well as working on mock employer communication and tasks in the time crunch.

2021 Hivestorm Competition

A preparatory competition for CCDC in which hundreds of teams compete in non-active threat defense, primarily focusing on system hardening.

I work in a small team of other dedicated enthusiasts in designing the backend, interface, and challenges for San Diego's largest annual cybersecurity CTF event, giving people a gamified way to test their cybersecurity skills.
